The website has three icons each for Candidates, Companies, and Partners.
The “Candidates” section is dedicated to job seekers who will initially register by providing information such as full names, phone numbers, functional e-mail addresses and passwords.

These include My Profile, Available Jobs, Manage Resume, My Messages, Frequently Asked Questions, and Logout.
The portal will allocate to the applicants, Labour ID starting with “OG” followed by 19 numbers, with a message that they should keep the identity numbers “safely for reference purpose in the future.”
The personal information to be supplied by the candidates in their profile include profile image, names, e-mail address, gender, street address, city, State of Origin, Local Government of Origin.

For the “Manage Resume” Section of the portal, candidates can upload their resume to search for jobs.
The portal affords the candidates to know the number of prospective employers who view their profiles through the “Profile View” icon.
Under the “Available Jobs”, it was only the State Government that advertised job vacancy, apparently used to select the 20 applicants who were offered automatic employment during the launch of the Job Portal.
No other company has job listed on the portal as at 4:30 p.m of Thursday 22nd August, 2019 when Nigeria Meter accessed this section of the portal.
On the 19th August, 2019, the State government claimed that over 25,000 applicants had registered on the job portal, five days after its launch; the numbers of companies and partners that might have key into the government project is unknown.
The Governor Dapo Abiodun administration has consistently harp on Public Private Partnership (PPP) in the delivery of dividend of democracy to the people of the State.
